Your statement is opened locally with Mozilla's pdf.js — only the extracted text is sent for parsing; the file itself is never uploaded.
Review & edit
Transactions appear in an editable table with a balance-match check against your statement.
Export & import
Download QBO, CSV, or XLSX and import into QuickBooks in a couple of clicks.
Simple pricing
Your first full export is free. After that, a one-time payment unlocks unlimited exports and batch conversion — no subscription.

Frequently asked questions
What is a QBO file?
A .QBO file is a QuickBooks Web Connect file (OFX 1.02 format). It is the standard way to import bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (Banking → Upload transactions) and QuickBooks Desktop (File → Import → Web Connect) when your bank's direct feed is unavailable or you need history from a statement.
Does my bank statement get uploaded to a server?
The statement text is parsed on our server and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Which banks are supported?
The parser uses layout heuristics (dates, amount columns, running balances) rather than bank-specific templates, so it works with common US bank statement layouts — Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and most regional banks and credit unions. Scanned/image-only PDFs are detected and currently unsupported (OCR is coming soon). Always verify the preview before importing.
What's the difference between free and the paid license?
Free lets you parse and preview everything, and your very first statement exports in full — enough to test your bank's statement end-to-end. After that, the free tier shows the first 25 transactions. A one-time payment removes the limit and unlocks batch conversion: $9.99 for 3 months or $19.99 for life — no subscription either way.
Can I convert several statements at once?
Yes — with an active license, select multiple PDFs (or drop a folder's worth) and each statement is parsed one by one, then downloaded together as a single zip of QBO files. Licensed usage is limited to 200 parses per day to keep the service fast for everyone.
What if it doesn't work with my bank's statement?
Test it free first — the full preview and the first 25 export rows run against your actual statement before you pay anything. If a paid license still can't handle your bank's layout, contact us within 7 days of purchase via the Feedback link for a full refund.
Why does the app warn that my totals don't match the statement?
When the statement's opening and closing balances are detected, we check that opening balance + parsed transactions = closing balance. If it doesn't match, the statement may use an unusual layout, have a wrapped line the parser missed, or be a scanned image. Edit or delete rows in the preview until the check passes, then export.
How do I import the QBO file into QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online: go to Banking → Upload transactions, select the downloaded .qbo file, pick the target account, and review. QuickBooks Desktop: File → Utilities → Import → Web Connect. Transactions are deduplicated by a stable ID (FITID), so re-importing the same file won't create duplicates.
I already paid but lost my license key — what do I do?
No worries — your key is shown on your Gumroad receipt, which was emailed to you right after checkout. Search your inbox for "Gumroad" and open that receipt to copy the key. Then click "Enter license key" in the top navigation to re-activate full export.
