How do I download Chase transactions as CSV or Excel?
Sign in at chase.com and open the account or credit card. On the activity page choose Download account activity (on card accounts, the download arrow), pick a date range, select the spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) format, and download. Monthly statements live under Statements & Documents as PDFs. The CSV download only covers recent activity — for anything older, download the statement PDF and drop it in the converter above to get the same Excel, CSV or QBO result.
How far back can I get Chase transactions?
Chase online banking lets you download recent activity as CSV, but that window is limited. For anything older — or for closed accounts — the statement PDF is usually the only record available. This converter exists for exactly that gap: it reads the PDF statement itself, so any month you have a PDF for can become Excel, CSV, or QBO.
Does it work with Chase business accounts and credit cards?
