Convert Wells Fargo statement PDF to Excel, CSV or QBO

Wells Fargo online banking can export recent activity, but full statement history is delivered as PDFs. Drop one in and get every transaction as a sortable spreadsheet — or a QBO file that imports straight into QuickBooks. Everything is processed locally — your statement never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a spreadsheet of my whole Wells Fargo history?

Online banking activity downloads cover a limited window; everything else lives in monthly statement PDFs. Convert each statement here, export the CSV or XLSX, and append the months together — a practical way to rebuild a complete transaction history for bookkeeping catch-up or an audit.

Deposits and withdrawals in separate columns — handled?

Yes. Wells Fargo statements traditionally separate credits and debits into their own columns. The parser recognizes that layout (as well as single signed-amount layouts), assigns the correct sign to each transaction, and uses the running balance column — when present — to double-check the direction of every row.

Where does my statement go when I convert it?

Nowhere. There is no upload step: the PDF is opened with JavaScript in your browser tab, converted in memory, and discarded when you close the page. Nothing is logged, stored, or sent to a server.

What about scanned or image-only statements?

Image-only PDFs have no text layer to read, so the converter detects them and shows a clear message rather than producing garbage. If you downloaded the statement from Wells Fargo online banking, it almost certainly has a real text layer and will work. OCR for scans is on the roadmap.

I already paid but lost my license key — what do I do?

Start with your inbox — the key is sent by email right after checkout. Can't find it? Retrieve it at my.lemonsqueezy.com with the email used for payment, then click "Enter license key" in the top navigation to turn full export back on.
